Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Processing time for all apparel and accessories is 2–3 business days.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged / Defected

All pieces are inspected before they ship.

If your item arrives damaged or defected, please email us with your order number and clear photos.

Our team will review the issue and follow up with next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Please confirm sizing, colors, and product details before checkout.

If an item becomes unavailable due to an inventory error on our end, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on item and size availability.

As a small batch brand, we cannot guarantee replacements for every style.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, or may request to exchange in-store if available.

Not eligible:

  • Worn apparel
  • Used accessories
  • Items damaged after delivery

Size exchanges:

size exchanges may be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to USPS or UPS.

October Boys & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All shipments include insurance; claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Quality Review

All exchanges undergo a quality inspection.

If an item does not meet exchange criteria, it will be returned and no exchange will be issued.
